Saraha Milarepa Rechungpa Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche

Home  The Project

A collection of dohas, spanning from the cradle of mahamudra practice in India, with a song quoting Saraha's "Doha For the People"... over four songs by Milarepa, one by his heart-son Rechungpa... to a recent song by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, a song of dedication, to round off this Copenhagen Collection.
Appreciation of and respect for the translation-work and melody-making evolving from Khenpo's teaching and activity has inspired this CD.

Jim Scott, Ari Goldfield and Elizabeth Callahan, three of the foremost translators among Rinpoche's many active and hard-working students, are represented.

Also contributing to the CD is late Patrick Reilly, who is the composer on two translations by Elizabeth Callahan.
